She has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA, and is experienced in the following industries: Food and Beverage, Property Management, Retail, both online and brick and mortar, and contracts. She is also tech-savvy and has worked with various software and systems including implementations.

Most of the time, the delays and issues were avoidable as they resulted from the chaos in accounting firms due to the lack of accountability (no pun intended). Seeing clients engaging in services from an accounting firm, having very high expectations, and paying a premium was toxic. The clients were sold a dream based on the 'curated image' portrayed by the firm they hired. The sad reality is that the expectations were unrealistic due to personnel or inefficiencies within the accounting firm; a feeling of dread and dishonesty peppered the owners' view for years working in the profession.
